Responsibilities
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support

  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyzes; study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
  • 3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
  • Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research
  • Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
  • Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
  • Strong financial modeling experiences
Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and debug applications in various software languages

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
  • At least 3 year experiences in software development business
  • Experience in .NET Framework, .NET Compact Framework, and programming: ASP.NET, C# .NET, VB.NET, and knowledge in MVC, Entity Framework is a plus
  • Experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle, MySQL, DB2 and MS Access database is a must.
  • Developer Tools: MVC, Visual Studio 2003 to 2010, Microsoft Visual Basic, Crystal Report, Reporting Service is advantage
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, UML, XML, SQL command, and system design and development methodology would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated & result oriented
  • Proven critical abilities, capable of analyzing and gathering client’s requirement
