Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
- 3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
- Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research
- Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
- Strong financial modeling experiences

- Experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle, MySQL, DB2 and MS Access database is a must.
- Developer Tools: MVC, Visual Studio 2003 to 2010, Microsoft Visual Basic, Crystal Report, Reporting Service is advantage
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, UML, XML, SQL command, and system design and development methodology would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated & result oriented
- Proven critical abilities, capable of analyzing and gathering client’s requirement
- Strong analytical, communication and people skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and work well under pressure
